What does “Customer Success Talent Community” mean, and why should I apply to it?
While we may not have immediate openings for our Customer Success team at this moment, our company is a dynamic one, with continuous growth and expansion in all areas. We believe in the power of nurturing and developing talents, and that’s why we created our CS Talent Community opportunity!
By joining our Talent Community, you'll be the first to know about exciting new opportunities, gain insights into our company culture, and get access to our exclusive learning materials to grow and develop key soft and hard skills for being a Customer Success Specialist.

How does the Talent Community process work?
If you are interested in being a part of our CS Talent Community, to be considered for future openings, you can apply directly via our website 🚀
After your application is successfully submitted, we will share self-learning materials with you via email about Hostinger, web hosting, Customer Success, and much more! You can learn at your own pace, and grow your knowledge in these topics 🌱
To help us understand you better, we encourage you to answer all our application questions, which you will receive in your email after applying. It's a simple task that will greatly assist us in getting to know you more 💜
We will also share a Culture Fitness Test, that will give you insights on your strengths, weakness and how closely you relate with Hostinger 10 principles 🤝

If I’m not interested to join the CS team, where can I apply for another opportunity?

I saw on the website that there is a “For the Future” section. How is this different from the CS Talent community?
Each opportunity has a different objective and flow of it’s own:
CS Talent Community: Created to educate and support your growth as a CS Specialist, where you will gain access to e-learnings and other resources. Additionally, as you will share your CV and contact info in the application, our CS People Team can contact you once an opportunity for our CS team opens, if your profile fits the requirements and expectations for the CS role.
For the Future: Created as a pool where you can leave your CV and contact info so that, if and when a new position opens at Hostinger (in any department, not only CS), our recruitment team can contact you and invite you to apply.
Can I opt-out anytime I want? Do I need to do anything?
Yes. If you would like to opt out of the CS Talent Community, you can respond to one of the emails you have received after applying, requesting to be removed from the process. By doing this, you will stop receiving news about open opportunities, and e-learning materials.
We are always looking to grow and improve, so we would appreciate it if you could share your feedback on the process, and what made you want to leave the Talent Community.
What can I expect to learn if I join Talent Community?

Is this free? How much is this going to cost me?
Yes! Our CS Talent Community is 100% free to join and participate 😊
Do I get a certificate or something to prove that I completed the courses/materials?
Yes, you will receive a digital certificate after completing all the e-learning courses 📃
If I applied to the Talent Community, will I be automatically contacted to participate in the process once you have an open opportunity?
Not necessarily. By applying to the CS Talent Community, your profile will be prioritized when a new opportunity opens. This means the recruiting team will first scan the profiles from the Talent Community pool, before resourcing to other candidates.
If we see your profile is a match ✅ with what we are looking for, we will reach out to you and invite you to participate in the selection process!
What are the stages of the recruitment process after the Talent Pool?
You might be wondering...
Technical Test - You may be invited to take our Technical Test, where you will step into the shoes of a Customer Success Specialist by answering questions and helping our customers solve their inquiries.
HR Interview - The interview with a member of the People Team is conducted online, and is around 60 minutes long. During the interview, we will discuss your experiences, goals, and the responsibilities of our Customer Success Specialists. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions that are on your mind.
* In some cases, the recruiter might conduct a short live simulation where you will step into the shoes of a CS Specialist and answer questions through a live chat.
Final Interview - The final interview is conducted by a video call in Google Meet, and is around 60-90 minutes long. You will have the opportunity to talk with one of the Customer Success Team Leaders to get to know each other, and better understand how this opportunity would fit both of your expectations. You will also participate in a live simulation.
Proposal Stage - This is the end of the recruitment process, and if you’ve reached this stage, it means we want to collaborate with you! The recruiter will send the proposal letter details to your email 😊
